  • I think cheat days are fine, but LOG those days and add every bit of food to your fitnesspal diary. I find that even though I "allow" myself a cheat day, I am still cognizant of what I am eating because I have to face the numbers at the end of the day. You will find that you prefer to see green numbers and not red numbers…
