I lost 2lbs this week, very pleased. I did my food diary everyday except sunday. I did no exercise but couldn't due to issues with my feet and was therefore advised not too, but hopefully will be able to from Wednesday. Good luck everyone

Wow that is truly inspirational and good to hear your tips. How did you keep your focus all this time? I need to lose about 20lbs, every time i lose about 7lbs i relax and put a few more on. Wow that is so impressive. How did you keep your motivation? I am good for a month or so, then i get complacent and start slipping into old habits. How did you keep on track even when you were near your goal weight?
