The "seriously" is your clue that they were joking.

Made it and liked it. :)

Thank you for your service!

Skinny Cow chocolate ganache cone is my favorite. 160 calories.
-
I plan a "meal" at that time, knowing that I will want something. If you look at my diary, you'll see it's listed on there in its own category. One of my favorite things is to make an egg and cheese English muffin.

I have a few special days planned. My husband's birthday tomorrow, Valentine's dinner out, my birthday in March.

They are hmm. Sort of like a Sweettart? Like powdered candy compressed into a little pellet. http://www.smarties.com
-
Fun fact! I guess you aren't American? Smarties are a totally different candy here. My husband is Danish and we have been down that conversation trail before.

I just plan my day around four meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an evening snack/meal. It helps me to know something is coming at X time and I tend to not eat in between.
-
Mine is open as well.

That's true too. The little indulgences can be really satisfying, like the Skinny Cow chocolate ganache cones (I LOVE those) are 160 calories. I can fit those into my days no problem.
-
No one is judging you. You asked!

I honestly don't see the point. I'm eating at a 500 calorie a day deficit. If I had a cheat day each week I could literally undo the good done on several of the other days in the week. Friday night is my husband's birthday, and I have been planning to eat a little more decadently then, but I have been budgeting calories…

Edit, 358 sorry! They were slow and you are right, I was able to talk to the lady. She said it is a 310 calorie tortilla, and I can estimate the rest. She said it is low on their board by the difference in light and regular mayo because they have been out of light.

There are ads? :)

Any loose leaf black with citrus notes, or any golden tipped black Yunnan. I can send you some samples if you like, I am pretty into tea and a mod on Steepster.

I have a lot of puerh, both sheng and shou. Asking what they taste like is sort of like asking someone what fruit tastes like. It comes in tons of different types. It can range from "barnyard" notes to mushroom to...well, all over the board. As far as weight loss, don't believe that stuff. Drink it if you enjoy it but…

Looks like it was just FDA approved in September: http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/ucm413896.htm I don't know anything about it other than what I read on that site, but it doesn't seem to make people lose a lot, and it has some serious potential side effects.

Shakology works really well. It puts your wallet on a diet.

No disassemble!

What about or and ah, do those rhyme? Those are the two basic sounds for the words here.
-
Really? Southern here, four rhymes with door and floor. Raw rhymes with paw and saw. I really thought I had missed the joke.

My normal thing there in the past was cheese ravioli with meat sauce. I just saw that it is 630 calories and I would totally order that again.

I think it depends a lot on how your Crohns manifests. I don't have it, but my brother did. His manifested mostly in his upper GI, and he could only eat the blandest food you can imagine, so he had no trouble staying thin. The disease really took the enjoyment of food totally away for him. I guess less solid foods are best…
-
I can't find this on their site, can you help direct me?
-
Pretty sure I saw the Think Thin ones at Walmart, in a display in the pharmacy (near the protein section).
-
This is only supposed to be used when you work out, not all the time. Also, the reviews of it on the site are really bad and lots of them say it is wildly inaccurate. One of the Q&A questions asks if it is a pedometer and three responses say not this model. ?

Sometimes these threads remind me of the show House. House progression: Something is wrong -> It must be autoimmune! -> they find out the real cause and fix it. MYP threads: Something is wrong -> It's probably (insert weird thing that your friend/grandpa/someone you used to know had -> No really we have no idea.

I roasted the seeds from my last one and they were really good.

I tell the others in the house, don't offer things to me. If you want something that isn't likely to fit into my numbers, don't throw it in my face.
