Side question here. I had a hysterectomy several months ago, but kept one ovary. I don't have periods anymore but still feel the cycles - mostly the one time of the month when I just want to eat constantly. Is it because of the hormonal cycle still happening with the one ovary? Sort of a period without the period?

This is what I do. I scoop out that day's portion, add a splash of almond milk and heat them in the microwave for 2 minutes (starring after one).

Thanks for this thread. I love seafood of all types, but have never really cooked it at home. Now my ex-father-in-law has brought me a crazy amount of frozen salmon fillets from a fishing trip to Alaska, so I need to do something with them. Some good ideas here.

For me, it worked out great. I got a better plan for less money, same carrier. But the thing is, it doesn't work for her at all if she doesn't sign up for it.

Curious - did you go off the depression meds by yourself or suddenly, or did your doctor step you down gradually?

I really wonder if there is some body dysmorphia going on, or misreading things that are said/not said ny other people. From her own "I hate myself" to the reaction when someone told her she was wearing the wrong dress, something doesn't add up.

I use the old one instead of the new one. I found the new one to really inaccurate in its guesses when it tried to match my food.

I don't drink much rooibos, although I do have some Lemon Chiffon and Lime Chiffon from Della Terra on hand. Oh! If you haven't tried green rooibos and want to, the Golden Honey Dew from Lupicia is great. I would be happy to mail samples of all three to you to try.

I am a mod on Steepster and have about 200 different loose leaf teas in my house. I drink tea because I like it, not because of any real or perceived health benefits. I do think those of you who drink a lot of Teavana are missing out, since there are so many better and more affordable options out there.
