Thanks for all the replies! I'm having between 1000 to 1200 calories per day I have started working out on my cross trainer for 1hr in the evenings, most days. Also do a bit of strength with sit ups and push ups of a morning. I'm 30 and 5'5 Too embarrassed to tell anyone my weight but I need to lose at least 30 more kilos.…
