That 1st phorm stuff sounds and looks amazing. I've never seen it before. Crazy expensive though. $50+ship for 32 servings. That's $1.56 per scoop. MTS is $55+ship for 67 scoops. That's $0.82 per scoop. Dymatize is $52+ship for 62 scoops. That's $0.84 per scoop.

I love MTS Machine Whey - Peanut Butter Fluff and Caramelsutra. Tastes amazing but is a little pricey. Dymatize has all good flavors as well.

Yes, four impacted wisdom teeth. Have you ever gone skinny dipping?

Granted, but you can only dance well to Polka music I wish I was invisible on demand.

Granted, but now you can't hear any music ever again. I wish I had mind control powers.

Volunteering to mentor one or two newbies. Willing to coach women or men. Prefer coaching people with less than 30 lbs to lose. If you have more than 30 to lose you don't need a coach, you just need to track calories. Prefer people focused on getting in shape and not just losing weight. About me - Been on here for over 5…

Have you ever worn spandex to the gym? If compression shirts count, yes. HYE gone skinny dipping?
-
HYE played volleyball in the rain? Nope. HYE been hit on in the gym?

Just remember, allow yourself a cheat meal once a week. Otherwise, you're more likely to lose motivation quickly. Have that grilled cheese for dinner on a Saturday night and don't feel any guilt about it.

28 here!

Workout in the morning before the festivities begin and then just enjoy the day. Take a SWAG at the calories and then take a nap on the couch.

Try using dumbbells for now until your wrists get stronger. The stress they're enduring by being supinated or pronated under load is causing it. Focus on squeezing the dumbbells tightly while you lift to help strengthen your grip and wrists.
