What the... Honey, go here if you can't lose... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 Do what Dan says. If all else fails and you MUST do it according to a nutritionist, please seek a second opinion. Seriously. And, yes, a pound a week is actually not bad.

It's a little slower starting than that other Discworld witches novels, but it's picking up a bit. I'm not very far in.

I'm sorry. I'm really NOT trying to be a horse's rear here, but you're on a weight loss site. You just have to plug in some numbers, set an activity level, and BAM! A calorie goal with a built-in deficit. If your plan is not a sustainable one, it's not worth its salt. (Note: difficult --> not sustainable)

I can't buy it. I can't stop myself from eating the whole jar. But I do like it on toast!

If you're slimming down, YOU WIN. The scale is just a number. :flowerforyou:

Your salt is typically off the charts. Well, except on the days you're logging less than 1,000 cals. While salt won't affect fat, it will keep fluid on people. Start eating REAL food. Learn to cook. It'll help a lot.

Those beef raviolis I ordered out Monday night. The salt in restaurant food makes me swell like a balloon. I'm just now shrinking back down. :frown:

Thread is TL:DR, so I dunno if anyone mentioned this... You indicated you drink a helluva lot of soda. I'm too lazy to maff it, but maybe the sodium in all those drinks adds up. Do you log all of them? What does your sodium look like at the end of the day.

Do not eat below your BMR. Eat your exercise calories. Only weigh yourself once a week. The scale going up overnight is fluid. This is normal.
-
Perhaps you should make your diary public.
-
You will not bulk. You do not have that much testosterone. You are not a dude. LIFT HEAVY! :drinker:
-
Did you read the diet section of NROLW? Do their calculations for your calories. Seriously.
-
It looks like it would make your back hurt. And what 'Buff said.

All you have to do is search on sugar. There's plenty of topics about it. Long story short, don't worry about natural sugars, such as fruit. Worry about added sugar.

I'd say def more Jennie Garth than Barbra Jean. *nods*

DON'T LIKE DEADLIFTS? Yeah, my vote is lifting.
-
Lift heavy things. Put them down. Repeat. BAM! Higher metabolism.
-
Nay.

You are an evil human being... I think I love you!

Grill some meat. 0 carbs.

Metabolic slowdown could be considered a side effect. Oh, and... HCG threads are against forum rules. This thread will be locked and probably deleted when the mods find it. Just follow MFP. You'll be fine.

Seek the advice of a nutritionist / dietician. I've gotten REALLY bad diet advice from doctors.

HItting triple digits on my deadlifts.
