Organic corn tortilla warmed up in a pan with a one egg omelet on top; top it with a little bit of cheese, some salsa and avocado. Roll it up and enjoy.

Wow, everyone is so tall:-) I am 5'5" 155lbs and wear a size 16. Even at my thinnest, 135 lbs I was in a size 12. Must be my wide rear.

On weekends I love Kodiak Cakes with a handfull of blueberries and an egg on top. I use about 1 tsp. of oil for cooking and top it all off with 1TBS maple syrup. It total's about 294 calories. Such a treat. During the week it's usually ww toast with a tbs. of peanut butter and a banana sliced on top.

Popcorn is my staple snack. I buy it in the bulk section and pop it in the microwave in a brown paper bag.
