Chicken Alfredo, i knew it was high, but didnt realize it was "a whole day worth of cals" high. Now i make healthier versions at less than 1/2 the calories! :)

This happens to me when i'm at home or when my mind isnt occupied. Maybe try distracting yourself by doing something else and make sure its taking you about 20 minutes to eat each meal.

Its worked for me at every plateau (3 so far) that i've had. I am smart about what i choose to eat more of, usually 2 extra ounces of protein every other day for a week revs my metabolism.
