For me I have about 75grams of greek yoghurt with honey and some warmed up frozen berries on top. Seriously does the trick for me and I am a self-confessed sugarholic hah :). Otherwise a few squares of dark chocolate?

I'm not expert on this, but I have read in a few places that after a work-out if you're trying to lose weight its best to wait an hour before eating as it maximises fat burning - but this could be totally wrong haha.
