I just started last week, and I have to say I am loving it! Hey! I'm 5ft 11 and I don't have too much too much to lose I suppose considering some others on here but I am currently 70kgs (156lbs) and I am aiming to get down to 60kgs (132lbs). Definitely different goals when your taller but it all evens out in the end. S nice to see so many other tall girls on here though!

I agree with the other posters, you really have to try and see what works for you - but personally I'm on 1400 call a day and although I don't stick to a specific "plan", when I had a look at my diary I saw that really I eat pretty similar to the second plan that you laid out and it never leaves me hungry if that's any…
