No, no oil to saute - as someone mentioned i just use a quick spray of light canola oil cooking spray in a nonstick pan. Worked perfectly and no need to add any extra :)

Hey! 5ft 10.5 and definitely is that little bit harder now. Lost just over 3kgs (6.6 pounds) easy but now im just over a month in and its taken me 2 weeks to go from 64.6kg (142.4 pounds) to 63.8kg (140.6 pounds) - so I think it is slowing up a bit. BUT, I am only 3.8kg away from my goal weight so could be that too?

Greek yoghurt! So tasty and so so good for you - mixed with berries at night as a snack is amazing! Also i eat fruit all day long like it is going out of fashion (kiwifruit, apples - all kinds, mandarins, grapes, nectarines), pretty much anything that is in season :). A good fast filler is dried fruit flakes (just be…

Apparently this is somewhat true in France. Parents have just moved over there and my Mum was telling me the other day about how the food pricing is actually the right way around over there for a lot of stuf - i.e. fresh fruit and vegetables are cheaper than processed food (it's not perfect, but a lot closer than other…
