5'2 here, I'm at 148, checking by BMI I am overweight π I want to get to 130 pounds longterm and get fitter in the process. Starting over again - keeping the goals small to start with and not putting to much pressure on myself hopeful it will help me be successful this year. Good luck to you all in reaching your goals!β¦

I like porridge oats in the morning with berries,,,, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. I usually have them with almond milk,, yummy breakfast :)

Hi all sorry i haven't posted here for a while, I am still around and trying!! Last week wasn't good for me :neutral: I was determined this week was going to be better!! so I've tried to make sure i exercise daily and complete the stair challenge....KILLER! and the belly dancing videos. I don't think my diet has beenβ¦

A omelette perfect for lunch, beat 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper, heat pan with a little oil or butter. You can mix in what ever you like really.... I usually add tomatoes and mushroom, with a little cheese.

Morning all, I haven't had a great start to the week, work has been very busy the last few days, but I am going to make sure I get some exercise in the rest of this week,,,, going to push myself to do something everyday! ( I can try )

Good afternoon Team 8, Today I went on the treadmill for 45 min and a 15 min cool down. With the added motivation of this challenge I have managed to exercise 4 times this week, which is a big improvement for me :) I have had a few treats this week, so no idea what the scales will say on weigh in day, fingers crossed its aβ¦

Hi all, hope you all had a good day? Ive managed to get myself on the treadmill after work, i must admit I find it very difficult to motivate myself to workout after a full day at work.... Im hoping it will get easier the more i do it. Ive had hummas today for lunch, accountability done. Just have the arm challenge left :)

Today I got up extra early and did Jillian Michaels exercise DVD before I went to work. At lunch time I went for a walk instead of driving to buy food. I had hummus for lunch and I have completed the accountability challenge :) :) Hope everyone's doing well?

I'm very tired this morning, but I am planning on exercising again tonight after work. @Brynncody09 - thats good I'm a creature of habit, I've had Greek yogurt the last 2 today's and to be honest will probably have it again today :smiley:

Hi all, sounds like you are all doing well :smiley: :smiley: I managed to get on the treadmill today after work and I've also done my arm challenge. Do we have to eat 5 different Greek food for the challenge? or just eat Greek food for 5 days?

Good luck Team 8, unfortunately I cant do any exercise today. On Monday's I work 9am - 5pm in the office and then I'm on call from 5pm to 10.30pm :'( Ill will be getting on the treadmill tomorrow after work, I have managed to start the arm challenge and I've had some Greek yogurt today, more points for the team :)
