lol...I can't wait. As I said, I'm really nervous. I don't know anyone there & that will put me WAY outside my comfort zones. But, am so sick of missing out on things because of my fears!!!

I have my first class tonight! Am pumped & nervous at the same time. I don't want to be the only 35 year old who's still 170 pounds!!! But, I know no other form of exercise is going to tone my stomach like this is!!!!

Today! Two weeks in. Have lost 5 kgs. Put on a pair of pants that haven't fit in ages, and hey presto! They fit. Still a little tight for my liking, but I could do the button and zip up. I heard a saying a few months back and it's so true. Exercise hurts, but disappointment hurts more! It's best to go to that class or jump on the cross trainer and sweat your bum off. The feeling afterwards is fantastic. But, sitting at home day after day, wishing you had of gotten off your bum, hurts much more!

I'm doing it tonight with a side salad for dinner. I'll fine tune it then. Am thinking : 2 eggs Mushrooms Capsicum Shallots Tomato Crumbled Feta Should be around 240 calories. Not bad!

Yeah, so am I. I rang my daughter at home and got her to try one. 45 seconds wasn't enough, so she did 1 minutes, added the extra's then did another minute. She said it turned out perfect and was delicious! She put capsicum, mushrooms, shallots, ham and cheese on hers. Yummo!!!
