Massive fail for me this week. Work was extra busy - as was home. This saw all my good intentions of eating out the window. Found myself weight myself more than ever. First thing I did in the morning and the last thing I did at night...with a few in between. I hate surprises. Will I ever be able to get off this…

Firstly - well done! Paleo was the best thing I ever did for myself...inside & out! I could never go back to eating the way I was before. Secondly...have you tried kale chips? They are 'Paleo Popcorn'. They are divine!

I struggled with Paleo until I got my water intake right. They recommend 40ml per kg of body weight. So I weight 77kg - therefore I have to drink 3080 litres a day. Was so hard at first, but once my body because used to it....it needs it! I crave water sometimes! And paleo is so much easier now! Keep at it!

I have exactly the same problem! Isn't it crazy that we've had it drummed into us that weight loss is in the form of a number on the scales! I'm obsessed with the scales. I weight myself 6-7 times a day - I know it's stupid...and I know I need to stop. All it does is deflate me! So this is it - I weighed in this morning…

Hi all...I'm a new Poler! This is my 9th week doing it...and I luv it!!!! It's the best thing I've ever done!!! Every week I go back I see more improvement with my fitness and strength...it's fantastic! Last night I finally conquered a move I just couldn't do before!!! I must confess...I lurve beer!!! And I have two/three a night. I drink the light ones so they ar only 99 cal each. The way I see it, we need a reward. I'm slightly obsessed. I weigh myself: When I first wakeup after my first wee. When I get home from work (to judge my day) After dinner. After my night time shower. Before I go to bed. Weekends are worse. I weight myself after eating or drinking anything. Usually up to 10 times a day. Really must snap out of it!

Yup!!!! But you know what...as much as I didn't believe people when they told me years ago, I really don't notice them now either!!! And hey...if stretch marks are all I have to worry about...I'm doing ok!

I'm a tad obsessed. I weigh myself between 10 & 15 times a day. I know it's pointless, but just can't break the habit. It's the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do in the evening.

My MIL is the mum I always wanted for myself. I have never, or will never be able to, have the deep and meaningful conversations with my own mum like I do my MIL. She really is the most wonderful woman! And I thank God he saw fit for her to be my MIL.

I have read on here that going all out once a week gives your metabolism a shake up. Too scared to try it though!

I have my first class this Friday night. Am super nervous. I still have 7 kgs to go, and then I'll still only be 70 kgs. What if that's too heavy to hold myself up?

I'm starting this on Wednesday. Doing my initial test this afternoon. I start Pole Dancing on Friday night, so this will help out BIG time! (or kill me quicker!). Thanks.
