It must be a combined effort. Diet and exercise work for me. I do Tai Chi (meditation in motion) and yoga once a week. When I hit a plateau I add something somewhere. I think you just need to back off your intake. You can put in you profile again and it will adjust it for you. I was stuck and took up a new hobby. Just something different that what I was doing. Lifting even small hand weights will help. Moving to music. you pick. Hope this helps.

somedays I do and some days It all depends on what I eat during the day. I exercise different lengths of time each day so I have more calories some days then others. I have been on ww before and had the same problem. I went to a dietician and she suggest using this sight instead but said ww is ok also. I am sticking to this site. nothing to figure out just log in, fill in and go about your day . at any rate good luck Sherrel
