AWESOME! I'll have a look for that book next time I'm out. I'm off to visit the website now. Thank you so much. I look forward to trying the new inspiration ^_^

Wow that's a tangent. Did I say I wasn't seeking help? Did I say he did it just to spite me? No. No I did not. I asked for help finding recipes to accomodate him mrs Know it all, holier than thou.

I leave them hanging for about a week then reject them too. I like to give them a chance to realize that they need to give me something other than a name and MAYBE an avatar. But they rarely follow it up :P

I agree with you absolutely there, but my main peeve is friend requests with no message then you go to a profile to try and figure out who and why, and their entire profile is Private!

haha I like that, beige plant foods! I'm so stealing that! But yeah, he actually really enjoys fruit and veg.I make "Chicken" salads for him to take to work, which he absolutely adores. Of course I've always made it with real chicken before, dunno how it's going to taste with quorn chicken, but that's what he's getting…

Yeah, currently he's getting quorn "meat" served exactly the same way my real meat is, but with a side of veg. Get's pretty boring though, so I'm on the look out for interesting things for me to make (I love cooking) and for him to eat to break it up :P

Paws is a Patterdale terrier and yes our daily walks are part of our excercise routine. He's a VERY energetic dog! We walk 3.5 miles a day and we both ADORE it! Sadly, I fell down the stairs today and have really hurt my arm, and he has a habbit of pulling that I have yet to train out of him so I've been postponing the…

without meaning to make you feel worse my husband *cringes a little* Was 25 when we met. Certainly not old, he's nearly 30 now and only just married. His brother got married a week later in his 40's to a woman he's known about a year or so, so he was in his 40's when he met her. Social convention likes to make us think…

Oh thank heavens! *hugs* You should be very proud of that! I used to binge eat a lot growing up. Depression and isolation caused mine. I gradually phased it out when I started to overcome the initial problem and make friends and get over the depression. I still comfort eat from isolation, but I don't binge…

Are you still making yourself sick? If you are then no wonder your binge eating. your body is desperate for the nutrition bullemia deprives it of. And thankfully you're listening to it.

Welcome back Carla! It can be tough to stay motivated sometimes, but hang in there.

Hello and welcome to the site! Personally I don't put much stock in weight watchers, especially when so many people differ from that to this site. Hopefully you'll find the support and encouragement here to help keep you motivated. Welcome and good luck!

I used to work at MacDonalds (Summer vacation at college) and by the end of the summer the smell alone made me sick to my stomach! I refused to eat at any MacDonalds again for the next 8 years! As it is, I can only ever barely manage it once every quarter at most! I still hate the stuff, but I for the husbands sake I…

Whether you think you will succeed or you think you will fail, you are right. Why are you even here if you think you're going to fail? First step is to change that attitude, only then can you ever actually succeed.

Geocaching is brilliant, especially when done in groups, there was a four part one up near my last house I think...may have been more parts, and it was actually a good three miles to get to the first cache, then there was a puzzle to solve for each cache afterthat whch youcould only solve by finding the previous cache and…

I have Cibophobia, that's a food phobia, specifically centered around fruit and veg. It makes me feel physically sick and I really struggle to eat the stuff. So I know exactly what you mean when you say that you're struggling with it. However, I can eat apples...I have to eat them with a knife and I can't touch any brown…
