Oh god yes! I'm dying to break into the snack jars and just eat my body weight in crisps and chocolate! Time of the month is the hardest.

Well done!

Set your activity level higher and you'll need to walk more before you start earning calories for it. Adjust your activity levels until you stop "earning" for regular activity.

I think it's a sad reflection of the marriage if you can't be trusted to have friends of the opposite gender personally... If you trust your partner then it's not an issue, if you don't then why are you married?

It’s the first thing I noticed in my gym. Cleanliness, size, equipment quantity, friendliness, equipment and staff quality, class quality. In that order. So that would be the order I addressed the points in a review.

I am very picky with alcohol, but it has nothing to do with food aversions. I can drink practically anything except vodka which I like but makes me very sick, but I don't really see the point in doing so. I so rarely drink alcohol that when I do it's actually a special thing. As such I only drink things I absolutely…

You do need to eat more but NOT YET! Going up to a thousand is a huge step for you! Be proud of it and I hope you manage to maintain it! Everybody's body is different though and when your metabolism evens out is entirely down to your metabolism. It's been starved so it is naturally eager to stockpile as much as it can, but…

Once a year we have a vintage weekend, which...this year...just happens to co-incide with going back on a diet. So I've been shopping today for clothing I hope to have to take in next year lol. Went swing dancing yesterday and between the two days have started the diet in good form.

I used to mountain bike over the Pennines (UK), so unfit at the moment, but I've got my bike back from the repair dad and am hell bent on getting my fitness back to that same level. I find other forms of riding the bike to be boring, I LOVE the different surfaces, the beautiful scenery and the challenge mountain biking…

Hello there, my name's Angel and I'm a 25 year old housewife and shop girl from Chesterfield (UK). My bikes been out of commission for a while...quite a long while actually. I used to live just off the trans-penine trail out in Stocksbridge and we used to get out there every weekend as a family, but...years later I finally…

My name is Angel, I'm 25 from Chesterfield (UK). I started this journey at 171lbs, aiming to get pretty for my wedding, I finally got down to the 50s region and then the wedding heated up and I stopped logging. When I came back after the wedding I was 176! All back on and then some! Gutted, to say the least. I've just…

I want chocolate chip ice cream gum!!!!! I used to chew gum a lot in college, helped a lot with my snacking, I think I should take it back up, now I just try and resist. I'm happy to say that I very rarely snack! I mean hardly ever. I had a snack section put into my diary because I was attrocious! Now I rarely put anything…

I'm doing 30DS But I find her hillarious! The bit I loved most was...bearing in mind she only does like 2 seconds of anything before moving off to the two girls in the background and discussing their form...so she's stood over one of the girls and she says something like "Look at those abs, those are great abs! But you…

My parents gave us spending money directly proportional to our chores. They literally had a sheet with a price listed for every chore and we both had to sign off on every chore I completed then I could draw against the chore sheet whenever I wanted money. So sometimes I'd go to the huge market with my parents owing me like…

If youbreak cookies before eating them...all the calories fall out and it's guilt free, also there are no calories in anything given to you as a gift (Both told to me by my mother... and she was dieting at the time too, so they must be true!)

I got dumped for "you know that you're absolutely perfect, and I love you very much. I will probably never ever find anyone half as good as you again, but I think of you as a sister" lol
