I have coffee...I stopped having breakfast in Junior school, and it' never effected me negatively (125lb, 5'10" until I met my husband and I stopped excercising and started eating take-away hence my diet...)

Take your measurements with your stomach in it's normal position. If you are always sucking it in, take that, if you just let it go for the most part, take that. I take my measurements relaxed because that's how my stomach usually is :P

That's why you're not seeing any loss...you should never eat less than 1200. If you're eating 500cals a day then you are starving yourself. Going over your target once in a blue moon is better than eating only 500cals for a few days before to average it out.

Black coffee tends to have maybe 1 calorie in it? The cals come from milk... How many calories are you consuming? It sounds like you might be consuming too few? If so that could explain why you're not seeing a loss...

Anything that gets you moving and get your heart rate up helps with weight loss. Yes the wii does that. Yes the wii helps. However it is not particularly effective. It's a fun activity that will get you moving, but if you're looking to make a dramatic impact then it's not really going to do it for you.

Cutting down to 1200 right off the bat may be the wrong thing to do, it's a big change from the ammount you're used to and that ammount of weight won't come off in a few weeks.
