I absolutely love them!! If it hadn't been for her DVD's, I may have never started to exercise. Great for beginners!! The workouts are low impact and simple, but effective. You can start with the 20 minute workout and work your way up to the hour long ones. :)

I lost most of my weight eating 1200-1300 calories and didn't eat back my exercise calories. I always dropped week after week.
