I'm a teacher at a Christian school and I have a heart locket on the inside of my right wrist and it has never been a problem with my employers. If I need to cover it for any reason I just wear a bracelet on that wrist.

I don't do cheat days because if I did, then I would destroy all my hard work! You are not alone... I too am addicted to bread! You do not have to cut bread out completely, you just have to find healthier breads to eat. I prefer Nature's Own Honey Wheat bread. It's only 40 calories a slice.
