I pulled a muscle on my shoulder/back last week and did not workout for 7 days. I normally work out 6x a week. I was worried I would not lose weight this week because of it but I still lost 1.3 pounds. I normally eat 1800 calories but this week I cut them to 1300ish.

My husband and I want to have kids. This is the biggest I have ever been and I feel I need to lose weight I order to go thru that. The doctor said to at least lose 10 pounds but I am hoping to lose 40lb before we start. Lets see what happens!!

Same here. I think I feel uncomfortable going to the interview because I feel stuffed in the clothing. Also, not sweating all the time!!

Hi. I'm Tina. I just set a goal to lose 30lbs by end of the year and if I do, my husband and I will take a two week vacation. I have lost 2lbs so far of the 30lbs and 15lbs from when I started in June. So 28 to go!!
