I feel the same as molliencharlie, but I also look at my parents and their limited quality of life because they did not take care of themselves. I don't want to become that, and I don't want my kids to see me that way someday either. It's all about perspective! :smile:

Ground turkey burgers -- mix in wilted spinach, a little lemon zest, mashed up garlic, and S&P. Grill them and serve on a whole wheat bun!

Have you tried flax meal? You can make a hot cereal with 1/4 C. Flax Seed Meal, 1/2 C. boiling water, 2T. peanut butter, a dash of cinnamon and a handful of blueberries. Mix the flax and the water together and then add the peanut butter and cinnamon. Throw in the blueberries! Don't let it sit too long or it gets too pasty.…
