Whoops! Fell asleep early!! 💥Daily Post: Sunday, 14th July 💥 ✅Track: yes ☑️Calories: overrrrrr ☑️Exercise: none today Comments: err...but if an indulgent day with the kids. We had a pajama day and made cookies and watched movies and played board games, etc. I tracked everything I ate but it was over my intentions 😬

@Kin59vara Ireland is beautiful. My husband is half Irish on his mum's side of the family, and every 5 years they get the clan together and have a massive weekend party...sometimes in Dublin and sometimes in Kilkenny. I think you'll have a lovely time 👍

Same, sister! Really struggling on the hunger front. I'm assuming it's bc it's my time of the month but it's super annoying as it makes me have to use extreme self control all the time which is exhausting! (And, as today was, not always successful!!)

I have an instant pot, but admit I use it mostly to steam veg and cook rice 😂😂 again, stuck in a rut! my natural abilities don't help me here and if I look at a recipe and it has too many ingredients or steps I completely switch off 😂 i really should start utilising it more!
