I LOVE Levi jeans. They are so comfortable and last a long time if you take care of them.

Wow. Absolutly amazing! How did you upload your pics? I have tried but cannot figure out how.

I am 5'0" and weigh 182. I am trying to lose 84lbs making my goal weight 98lbs.

Hi, I am not so new and am trying to lose 120lbs. If you want to friend me feel free to do so.

I like to get special K and Chex honey nut. They are low in calories compared to other cereals. (about 110-120 dry) I like the Chex honey nut best and if you eat it with almond milk unsweetened, which is only 35 calories, it has less calories than eating it with 2% or 1'% milk.

I'm 5'0", weigh about 180 (I fluctuate), and use to wear size 14 jeans until recently I discovered I now wear size 16. By next year, I am hoping to lose at least 80 pounds and be in a more petite size. Feel free to add me.

I would do every monday or every friday. Just pick a day in the week. I know some people will weigh every two weeks. Remember to weigh in the early morning. You flutuate during the day and will weigh the heaviest at night. Focus on weighing at least once a week. You can friend me, if you want.

Yoplait yogurt has some really good ice cream that won't hurt, also try skinny cow ice cream....
-
I usually do yoplait 99% fat free yogurt, babybel cheese and wheat crackers, equate nutritional shakes (I use for a snack or replacement meal for breakfast), and 1/2 cup of any special K cereal.

Hi, I am Jamie and 24, as well. You can friend me if you like.

I don't think the heart rate goal really matters. If you are not burning a lot of calories for the heart rrate you are at, try workingout longer than you normally do. You may have to go longer to reach your calorie burn goal. In my oppinion, I think the calorie goal is more important than the heart rate goal. I hope this…

I am looking forward to not automatically looking for large and x-large sizes, size 14s and size 16s at the store. I am looking forward to not grumbling because the only clothing left on the rack are sizes 8 and less. I am looking forward to having a tiny waist and looking sexy in lingerie, not like a large cow busting…

I absolutely know what you are talking about! I hate having to replace a good pair of Levi's after 3-6 months of rubbing holes in between the legs! It's embarrassing and aggravating.

I have the same question. :grumble: I started MFP almost a month ago. I went from 180 to 173 in about two weeks. Then, I started my menstrual. During those horrible five days, I gained about five or six pounds; fluctuated from 175 to 177. After my TOM, I went down to 174 and have since been fluctuating from 174 to 175.8…

I lost 7 pounds the first two weeks I started to diet and exercise. Then, my TOM came and I gained back 5 or 6 pounds. I was so distraught. Then, after my menstrual, I went down only 2 or 3 pounds and haven't been able to lose any since then. I was 180 when I started MFP and 173 before my TOM. After my TOM, I fluctuated…

Don't lose hope. It has been a little over a month and I have barely lost 6 pounds. Only one person, whom I haven't seen in six months has commented on how I have lost a little weight and that made me feel a little better. My mother-in-law told me, every 10 pounds lost is one dress size and it usually takes losing two…

I really don't have a number in mind when I exercise, but I do like to burn as much as I can. I do notice I am not as pleased when I only burn less than 400 calories. I seem to be happier about my daily workout when I burn more than 500, though.

you will lose some of your breasts, but just the fatty parts. You shouldn't lose too much and some girls have said they were glad to lose a size or two because their backs didn't hurt as much.

When you do knee ups and calf flexes while watching a film at the theaters. When you do butt clenches while waiting in line at the grocery store. When you feel the urge to exercise after every meal. When you weigh yourself every time you think you gained a pound. When you carry your tape measure in your purse because the…

What is ChaLean Extreme? It sounds interesting....

OMG! What a temptation!

I got shaky and my doctor checked my sugar and found I was not hypoglycemic, but anemic. She told me to make sure to get more iron in my diet and take iron supplements. So far, I haven't had an episode in awhile.

I always feel self-conscious when I go power walking at the park. I don't run or jog because of my weight and because every time I do, it feels like the veins in my legs are going to burst. Anyways, After awhile of walking, I forget the people around me. I still get self-conscious though, when there are people my age…

I wanted to get a pair too, but I am not sure if they really work. Let us know if you see any results.

The more you eat, the more you should work out. Cut down on the bad choices and work out longer if you do eat something you shouldn't. If you are not taking a mulivitamin, stary doing so because when you work out, you burn the good stuff too. When your body is low on a certain vitamin, it will crave different foods it…

It sounds like you are having digesting problems. Try mylanta. Some veggies can be hard on your gut, especially green ones. I would go to the doctor if it persists. There are meds they can give you to help with your stomach and colon.

carbohydrates gives me energy, but that's something I wouldn't want to eat a lot of. I would stay away from eating candy and drinking cokes, though. :indifferent:

Oh my! How embarrassing!
