in elementary/middle school i got picked on, was in the misfit category i guess. i was just overweight and really shy. then in high school i went to an all-girls catholic school, which wasnt as divisive. we weren't losers, but we werent cool. my best friend and i were really into "punk" music hahaha. screamo... yeah

why would veggies be okay with meat sources for protein but not with other sources? nit. picking. protein is protein, eat with complex carbs and some veggies BOOM, DONE. :)

that's kind of a myth. it works for the most part but if you're eating only crap, it really won't get all the weight off you. they have to be SMART calories

im sure in the long run that will mess with your hormones and ruin your body's natural ability to lose weight. thats what happens with all diet pills/drops/chemicals/medicines. its not worth it... as someone who has lost 110 lbs eating right and exercising, screw anyone who tells you anything differently.

every site is set up the exact same way.... if its saving them in your foods and recipes, its because you're somehow saving them there. to log a food in your diary, you go to food, and then click "add food" in your DIARY. dont go to the database. then you search for what you eat, add it and it WILL be in your recent foods…

ITS TRUE. i saw the research. its not a big deal, just work it off! chances are it wasnt even enough to gain a pound. you wouldve had to eat like 3,500 calories worth of chocolate on top of 2,000 calories of everything else for that. so cheer up!

i think its so ridiculous to say that. yes of course its the parents fault! if you say "no," the kid will eat something when he or she gets really hungry. cmon. its not rocket science. the problem with most parents is that they can't say no.... who;s in charge here?

i cant take a multi-vitamin, for some reason they make me nauseous. so i take individual pills, B, C, D, fish oil, acai & green tea.

this is for new years day? welllll we're going to a friends party and crashing there and the gym closes at 12, so not sure ill be getting a traditional workout in. BUT i will say that i will at least walk for 12 minutes! lol and probably more than that, dont worry :P

using these sort of pills in the short-term usually affects your ability to lose weight later on in life. since the pill releases chemicals to help you ward off weight, your body will develop a reliance on those pills and wont be able to work as efficiently without them... meaning in 20 years you wont be able to lose…

i havent thought about them yet!! not really, anyway. of course the long-term ones are: to be healthy hit goal my short-term ones may be to start exercising in the mornings as well and weigh training to get ready for my cruise in march!

diet coke with vanilla vodka!!! its my go-to drink. one shot is only 60-70 calories, and then diet coke, we know has none... not sure about sugar but it definitely has less than fruity drinks!
