  • I did the HCG diet in April. While I hated it the entire time I was on it, it turned out to not affect me as badly as I had thought it would. If I were you, I'd do my 48 or 72 hours of low calories to let the HCG out of my system and then go straight to Phase 3. I didn't want to do Phase 3 for 3 weeks since I stopped early…
  • Congratulations on nursing! Weight loss while breastfeeding is really difficult, and it's a hard thing to balance with your supply too. I always had a lot of luck drinking Mother's Milk Tea twice a day and eating oatmeal. Any oatmeal is fine. Also, drink, drink, drink water! Good luck!
