  • if you have a kohl's, try there. I found XXL in several brands, including FILA that fit OK when I was a size 18.
  • I have found jerky (beef, turkey) to be a great snack/source of protein. It can be low in fat, usually not too bad on the calories and it is quite chewy, so it helps satisfy the urge to eat.
  • Congrats, we are on similar paths. I started at 203 (Feb 22nd) and weighed in yesterday at 166. I agree that the last 7 or 8 pounds have been a bit harder, but with 30 more to go, I just have to keep it up! Again, congrats on your progress!
