I have DVDs that I love. Called Nameste and they do a great job of building up the sequences and talking you through them but keeping it moving. You can try an episode on their website http://www.namaste.tv/pages/share. I loved it so much I got their DVDs.

Oh, and a small success… I finally got my protein over 100g! Have been trying to find ways to get more in that doesn't break the bank (beef and chicken are expensive in Germany, pork is cheap and I don't really eat pork). Today I succeeded. Hooray!

Oh my goodness… so glad someone said it! I am only half way through Stage 1 and I am soooo done with it! No lifting today. I sort of miss it on my off days. Though, the extra hour of sleep is nice! I will run at least 11km this evening. Well my friend ended up canceling our run today as she was ill. I ended up at a Christmas market with colleagues at 2:00 in the afternoon and then went for my run after we had had a Nutella Crepe and some Gluhwein (hot, spiced wine). I am definitely going to have to up my KM this month if things keep going on like this!
