Has anyone put Torani syrup in their tea? I tried the sugar free English toffee in my Earl Gray tea and loved it.

I met with my doctor for my physical and I'm fine. I'm 4'10" and my weight is great. I only eat until I am full. I am full now but I still want a chicken sandwich... maybe at dinner.

yes... I guess you can say that. I normally have a cheat day once a week on Saturday if that. It's not Saturday. I'm slowly moving myself to one cheat day a month.

It's emotional. I never really crave it at all.

oh my goodness i have so many confessions. I just had a thumbprint cookie. I also beat myself up a lot. I lost 10 pounds in 2 months and I am struggling for the last 5 pounds before my SO comes home from overseas. I really do feel like giving up eating ice cream.

I love frozen grapes, I love Popsicles so this is a great alternative.

I ended up getting tea bags for my loose leaf. It works so much better. :) I have a gravity steeper but it's just a pain to clean.

Where can you buy bigelow tea? I want to try it.
