I went to teavana and got one of those 32 oz tea infuser maker things. I like it for loose leaf tea but it is a pain to clean out. I will have to try a gravity one.

I thought about that but I am afraid they may be expired or something, maybe because they're not sold at a grocery store?

I totally forgot about that. I used to always replace eggs with flax seeds in my cakes all the time.

Good point. I also like this idea because I can easily make fish while camping. I don't need to quit my diet because of an activity.

I don't eat beef or pork so I love turkey bacon.

What kind of peppers do you use? My bf hates bell peppers so I'd have to go with a jalapeno or something.

I normally make oatmeal with flax and chia seeds.

I'm doing planks and abs now. I started doing weights for my arms today but I am not sure on what else to do.

haha. It depends on the tea and what kind you like. I think their is a tea for everyone.

I also want a gym that I feel comfortable in. The last gym I was at I had 50+ year old men looking at me and several times I left. I just want a place where I can work out and leave without feeling uncomfortable.

My SO is miltiary so he leaves early. I just wake up when he leaves and go to the gym. I set two alarms so I get out of bed.

I drink water, tea, juice or lemonade to treat myself.

I'm trying to lose at least 20 pounds so my focus now is abs and cardio. I don't think I will be doing weights just yet.

Has anyone been to Planet Fitness? I heard that it's just a straight forward gym with some circuit and ab classes.

I work early and late so I need something that is open really early. I can hit the treadmill, weights and bike and be good. My parents suggested a place but its far drive for me to go, I want to find a place with a low membership cost and near me. I guess Google will be my best option.

I drink water 30 min before I eat. That lets me know if I was bored or just hungry. You need water daily anyway so that is a good way to get it in.

I like loose leaf tea at home but when I am on the go or at work I think tea bags are best. I used Chamomile when I am sick and black tea for everyday. I need to find a recipe for summer cold teas.

I snack on a granola bar or even unsalted nuts. Normally I drink water a half hour before just to make sure I really hungry and not just bored.

Lady gray is amazing. I add honey and sugar in mine. I need to quit that habit to lose weight but black teas are my favorite.

This thread died for a bit. I need to start increasing my tea intake again, does green tea or black tea to help lose weight.

I wouldn't drink any diet drinks. I actually stopped drinking soda all together.

I thought about using Plexus, thanks for posting this! I think I will still to healthy eating on my own and Herbalife. That I know it works, I used it for awhile and got the results I wanted. Plexus is also not FDA approved and that is what my main concern was when I looked into it.

I taught Zumba for 5 years, it works. There are different formats of Zumba so you just need to find the one that works for you.

I have this new think about adding Torani syrup in it, so good! I only get the sugar free kind.

Oddly that's not surprising. I can totally see how older teas can go up.
