um i work out everyday instead of sit on my *kitten* and i don't weigh 250 pounds thank you. I am just sharing information that I have heard and works for me. take it or leave it.

I don't like the small mushrooms but not the large ones. lol maybe adding them in curry is a good idea. i should slowly add them on pizza and see how it goes. What types of mushrooms are really good?

i don't like the way they look feel, and they remind me of the movie "Lord of the Rings." lol I can eat stuffed mushrooms on occasions at a restaurant but that's about it.

The average person who takes a high intensity class should burn up too 1000 calories. It depends on how hard you push yourself and your instructors style of dance. I'm getting my license in Zumba in two weeks so if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

yeah ive been eating a lot of fiber too. I talked to my mom about it and she told me to cut my fiber in half. We buy the Fiber one bars and my mom told me to eat one a day instead of two and to see how it goes.

A lot of my Zumba routines have bellydancing. I think its a great workout. It works out your whole torso and its great. I do a lot of Bollywood type stuff but I would definitely try it.

Fiber one bars, cereal bars, nuts, crackers, just anything small. If you do eat at the dorms eat a healthy sandwich. I always enjoyed granola with strawberry yogurt and a salad. Don't gain the freshman 15 or 30 in my case. lol

I do arm workouts and ab workouts to help prevent my boobs to shrink. It actually seems to work like chest presses, certain types of crunches and free weights. thats normal. lol My boss always looks at me funny when I hit the restroom every hour. Drinking more water or green tea helps boost ur metabolism and helps flush everything out. Consider that a good thing!

Try being more active,l drink more water, have some green tea and increase your fiber. All of that will help speed up ur metabolism because it makes your body flush everything out. I also have fiber pills because when i first started out I had no idea of how to increase my fiber. Fiber one cereal and granola bars are good.

measure out your food. Look at the serving size. lets say a box says "130 calories" those calories are not for the whole box. Its for like 12 crackers. Pay attention to that cuz sometimes we loose track and say "oh its only 130 for the whole box this is great." now, u actually need to pay attention. I would also suggest…

I do that too!! I write them out on post it notes. lol I feel that I am eating too much as well. I am scared to reach my calorie goal.
