Are you exercising? I've only lost 12lbs, but I've been thinking alot about this too since I've got a bunch more to go. I've been working out w/ weights 2 days a week and the rest is cardio. I'm hoping that helps.

I eat my 1200 and some of my exercise calories if I add them in myself. I find that MFP gives you too many extra calories if you use their excercise calories. I put in my own numbers from the machines I use.

I would imagine that it all depends on your body type and where you lose weight from first. For me, I'm at 12 lbs and while my bottoms feel much better now than they did when I first started, my next size down is still snugg.

I'm 37 and my HR always hits 180 when I run. I make sure to stay on the treadmill until I hit the 125-130's during cool down.

I do it every morning too. I keeps me on track. If I don't, I find that every day I'll eat a bit more and more. It's funny though because I have to be awake enough (as if being tired makes you weigh more), I won't let myself even take a sip of water and I have to go use the restroom first! I know it's not recommended, but I find that if I weigh myself every morning, I stay more on track. If I'm up, it makes me do better that day and if I'm now, it encourages me to keep going. I count my Thursday weigh in as my weight for the week and that's what I track. Do what you think is best for you!
