Recipes with marinades
When you create a recipe that includes a marinade on MFP, is the calorie and nutritional content correct? I made salmon tonight that sat in a marinade, however, the majority of the marinade was not used. I'm curious how many extra calories I was "charged" with that I didn't use. Thoughts?

Can you improve on your max heart rate?
When I "run" (and I use this term losely!), my hr sometimes hits 180. That's also my max hr. I should be sticking to 157ish. Over time, will I be able to do the same run and get my heart rate to be lower than 180 and more to 160?

I'm trying to get 3 servings a day in. We had spaghetti for dinner tonight. It had chunks of tomatoes in it. Does this count?

No weight loss this week. .4lb jump
So bummed! I have not lost any weight this week. In fact I'm up a bit. I've been logging in everything and while I have had some sweets this week, I've burned way more calories than normal. I did a 5k on Saturday and biked 31 miles on Sunday. I burned lots of calories the last 2 days as well. What the hell???? Any ideas?

Question about heart/calorie monitor vs. machine info
I got my Polar heart monitor today. I used it when I got on my elliptical where I typically burn 374 cal in 33 minutes. It took me 42 mins to burn 339 on my Polar monitor. That's over 100 calories off from my elliptical and 200 calories off of what mfp says I burn. I am assuming the heart monitor is going to be the most…

Sweets NSV!!

Do you use your calories you earn from exercising? When I did WW, I never counted my points, but I'm pretty sure I was eating more than 1200 calories/day. Not sure what to do with these.
