I was a smoker for ten years and quit five and a half years ago using the Commit lozenges and the motivation that my then-boyfriend/now-husband didn't want to seriously date a smoker. Unfortunately I replaced the smoking with eating, hence why I'm here. LOL. I still get cravings now, but very rarely. It's usually when I do…

I used to hate it too. But I got one of the Brita pitchers and keep it in the fridge. As long as it's filtered and cold I'll drink it all day long.

After about six months in I definitely noticed a difference. If I had any "junk" (particularly sugar), even if it was within my calories, my weight loss would stall. Once I cut that stuff out my weight started dropping again.

I watch TV too. Recently it's been old episodes of Biggest Loser. But really any show that will keep my attention makes me forget that I'm on the elliptical.

This was the first season watching BL for me and I'm definitely disappointed in the way it's been going. I can't stand Conda. She reminds me of every mean girl I've ever met in my life. Luckily I've also been watching previous seasons online, so I know this isn't the norm for the show. I hope they can all get back on track…

Dark chocolate. Or more recently, I've been making a smoothie with 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 Tbsp. sugar. Only 167 calories and satisfies my chocolate craving.

Motts No Sugar Added applesauce cups (I like peach medley). Only 50 calories each. I also like pickles (specifically Claussen's kosher dills) if I'm in the mood for something salty.
