if you're just basing how much potassium off of mfp, your intake could be inaccurate! Many foods have it in them, but don't have it on a nutrition label simply because it isn't required Otherwise, they do have potassium supplements & you could always google a list of high potassium foods & incorporate those into your diet!…

5' 1&1/2" trying to lose 10-15lbs of fat & end up maintaining between 105-107 (training for a half-marathon & my "race-weight" is 107 & I liked how I looked around that weight before the holidays) All of you can add me!! :)

my suggestion: go to the tools tab on mfp, click on 'bmr', put in your stats & calculate it, then try to eat at least that much every day. You most likely lost fat, but gained muscle! Muscle takes up less space per pound, so you'll look thinner even if you're the same weight
