I'm 5'1.5" (156cm) & my ideal weight is between 100-105 although I don't see myself getting there because I have a lot of muscle haha. If I like how I look at 110 that's fine too, as long as I'm under 115 and never reach 118-119 again. (I'm more for going by measurements than the scale anyway ^_^) edit: currently 114.8 ^_^

hardest part for me is running as long as I can..I walk before needed then don't feel like running because I've stopped, that & huge hills on the trail, I always slow wayyy down or even walk on them which gets me to the first problem
