24 Hours of Cardio in October Challenge

This is a continuation of September's challenge, found here:

It's pretty simple. Log your cardio minutes each day, and then post them here every so often.

In your first post, state what your goal for the month is. Most people picked 24 hours last month; that makes a reasonable 45-ish minutes per day.

So I'll kick it off:

My goal for this month is 48 hours. I did 38 in September and 31 in August. This month I am also including my walking mileage along with my minutes.

    Last months thread looked so good, I'm going to aim for 15 hours of cardio this month. But hopefully I smash it out of the park!

    Hey Amaizen...THX for the October Challenge. Today I was sooo busy, I did not do ANY exercise to day. I am picking up my daughter's dog tomorrow, and we will go walking for an hour. My goal for October? I will say 24 hours of Cardio. That is reasonable...I HOPE to better that...but committed to 24 hours of Cardio. THX!! :drinker:

    10/2 - 1 hour and 45 minutes 3.0 walking burned 294 calories. The weather was starting to get HOT...sooo.. FINALLY came home!

    I'm in for this! My goal is 20 hours in October. I've been trying to run 10-15 miles a week. I usually run 3-4 miles at a time. My times are getting faster so I'll probably end up running more but in less time. So because of that, my goal is just 20 hours of cardio for October.

    I'm up for the challenge 24 hours of cardio it is! I have to say I do love cardio over strength training! :bigsmile: Good luck on reaching your goals everyone. We can do this!

    I'm a newbie to this group. My goal will be 28 hours [1680 minutes].

    10/1- 84 minutes [1 hour, 24 minutes]
    10/2- 50 minutes

  • I'm in for 24 hours in October. My motivation has been nonexistent but this seems like a good place to start. There's no time like the present to begin...so heres to kickstarting it.

    10/3 - 1 hour - Grreat opportunity to walk with my granddog and cousin...a lot earlier and cooler...walking still earlier tomorrow YAY
