Ironman Triathlon was in town today. Got a few pics that I'll put in my profile when I get a chance. Got to see some of the first finishers cross the line. As I was passing the finish line, the commentator announced some dude as having finished the Ironman for 29 consecutive years. THAT is a badass. Anyway, in honor of all the badass Ironpersons today, I decided to walk a half marathon. It took me longer than many of them took to run their entire marathon portion of the race, but hey...I won't be a fatass for long. 0 0

A little something? Heh. In a month and a half now, I think you only have one day where you didn't do at least a half hour....and you did 20 minutes on that one day.
That is how you do it! Well done.0
