@bbskinny: um USA?

My goal weight is 105-107 because that's my "perfect race weight" (training for half-marathon:) Oh & I'm only 5' 1.5" It's more about what's best for my body & my race times though, so I don't mind weighing a little more or less
-
I did this exact same thing xD
-
lol this^ hmm...actually, it might have been 7

You could buy egg whites, they're low-cal & high protein & filling! (125cal is 20g of protein for some brands) Protein shakes shouldn't be the base of your diet...maybe have 2 scoops/day instead of 4 & eat egg whites instead
-
@hedgiie: woah, your jump is pretty amazing (looks really high) myself: um, I love how muscular my legs are & how strong I'm getting as I can now do 2 complete pull ups:) lol ~le no upper body strength

hunter/warrior. I'm always up for a challenge :)

FYI, although the girl in the picture looks like she may suffer from an eating disorder, people can't look anorexic just because they're skinny because not all anorectics are super skinny... ~18-20" is usually pretty thin (higher if you're taller..) mine were pretty thin at 20.25" & I'm short lol

The zumba instructor at my gym just tells us to do the best we can, modify moves if needed, and if anything to just keep moving, so I'm sure it's fine if you're still getting a workout! Just make sure it's not mistakes that increase your possibility of injury :) It took me a few times before I could properly do the moves…

-
5' 1.5", but close enough, right? Goal: 102-107! :)

considering 1200 is really low to be NETing begin with, you should definitely eat exercise calories back...otherwise you're starving your body [which you may not notice if you've been eating so little for a while because your body can get used to being starved..]
-
^ this. 1200 isn't a magical number & it's really low for MOST people (unless you're just really short or something it's most likely to be) You should almost always eat above your bmr or else you're just doing damage to your body whether you realize it or not.
-
oh wow. I hope you're joking. If not, thanks for calling me ugly:) I hope that makes you feel good inside.

Listen to your body! Don't force yourself to eat until you're stuffed just to get the calories. If you stop losing weight, you might need to eat more (maybe adding calorie dense foods like nuts or something) You can also find your total daily expenditure here: http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expenditure-advanced &…

no, not all hourglass have a big bust. You're hourglass if your bust & hip measurements are close & your waist measurement is i think at least 9 inches less! (don't quote me on the last # though). you can check at this website if you want http://www.shopyourshape.com/calculate-your-body-shape.html

5'1" measurements= 33, 24, 35 at 116lbs goal= 33, 22-3, 34 at about 105 (my 'race weight' for when I start half marathon training) I was there at Thanksgiving-Christmas, but then I stopped working as hard for the new year -_-'

Met Floyd Mayweather at his hotel when he was in ATL one time, and met & got an autographed ball from the Harlem Globetrotters if that counts lol

Things I tried & didn't like as a kid: bananas (they always made me gag after like 2 bite), rice cakes, pears, cherry/grape tomatoes, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, brussels sprouts Things I had just never tried: grapefruit, almonds, fruit & nut bars, things with little sugar, berries (besides strawberries) I love it all now…

1300-1600 depending on how much I work out :)
-
Don't try to cut everything unhealthy out completely. You're more likely to quit eating healthy if you don't allow yourself any leeway when it comes to your favorite treats. Eat balanced meals & snacks all day & have a serving of ice cream or a cookie or something somewhere in there. You don't have to go work it off, just…

I agree with ^. Eat maintenance & you'll "get out of starvation mode". You will most likely gain some weight back, but that's what happens when you starve off the weight in the first place & then start eating a normal amount again. Just eat foods in moderation & exercise if you want to lose weight later on. FYI: 1200 is…
