  • I don't usually, but my calorie deficient isn't huge so I don't feel like I should.
  • So much like about this thread. Easiest way to get started do a Pump or Power class at a gym, that's how I learned to do everything :)
  • Gym Class wise: Power/Body Pump, Step, Cycle, Boxing. You can also pick up Steps pretty cheap and DVDs to follow at home, but its always good to have someone yelling at you as you workout :P Although something I find motivating is going to gym when Biggest Loser type shows are on!
  • With strength training I try to do exercises that will bring my heart rate up, like step ups. It's also good to instead of having rests in between reps work another part straight away, eg. go from back reps, straight to chest and repeat.
