Still use the scale but don't be controlled by it. For example, I weighed 153 and size 9/10 and know I weigh 158 and still the same size. You may have gained muscle and your weight. I know I have gained some muscle too.

Great posts!!! I was running the other day and a slower song came on, instantly I was running slower. So for me faster songs keep me running without slowing down.

I always eat breakfast something like oatmeal. Oatmeal keeps me fuller until lunch time.
