I haven't done it consistently or exclusively enough to be able to comment on the results but it is SUPER fun! I generally do it on rainy or really hot days when I can't (don't want to) run outside.

Arby's has THE BEST fish sandwiches, but they only have them during Lent. I eat them at least 3x a week when they have them. Can't even stop myself..I skip the Tartar Sauce, does that help?

we do one of ^these^ things for practically every meal. Experiment with the seasonings/spices you use. We always use either minced garlic or garlic salt plus another spice or two.

Does anyone have any idea how many calories you burn with TF? I LOVE doing it, but never know how to track it as I don't have a HR Monitor to track it myself and I have scoured the internet with NO results... Is it some forbidden secret or something? There are tons of forums etc with people asking and NEVER an answer. :(

Baby steps. I was ADDICTED to Cherry Coke. I would crack the first one 5:30am and wouldn't stop til I went to bed 18 hours later. I just cut back slowly. Buy cans, not bottles.
