Swam and hour this morning, 45 minutes strength training.

Lifting with my trainer and 3 mile run/walk!!!! So excited to be running again... and pain free. Now the challenge is to build up SLOW and not get re-injured. Still LOVE my bike =) Have a GREAT day!

I have a love-hate relationship with running, but the more I do it, the more I love it, I found out Monday I have s tibial stress fracture so I'm off for 4 weeks, I hope the Zombie apocalypse doesn't happen until June or I'll have to swim to safety =)

Great Idea! 4 mile run and strength training for about an hour. Still really struggling with lower leg pain so running is really slow =(... I have an appointment at ortho indy Monday....

That's great news, $40 a month!!! I wish I was on that program! The health benefits are a great incentive by themselves but you'll get a little reminder of your accomplishments every Friday too.... 53 more pounds by December is realistic, what a great year this is going to be.

You should be feeling really good for getting back on track! For me that's one of the hardest things to do. It looks like you've set really realistic goals! Congratulations on your engagement. Just think about the pictures that you'll look at for the rest of your life..... they'll be beautiful =)
