Try adding veggies to the things you already like. Broccoli in your mac n cheese. Cut veggies up into small pieces. Cauliflower is an awesome veggie! Baking instead of frying. Less salt(if that's a problem). Skip the butter/oil or cut the amount in half, it usually doesn't affect the taste much. As for gravy, try pureed cooked veggies or beans as most or part of it. Works great as a thickener in soups or stews too. And HIDDEN VEGGIES!!! Which is always a good thing! :)

I used it for a while. A long time ago. But, you will not poop your pants...unless you eat too much fat. Then you will get greasy, oily, poop leakage. Or if you fart...oil. My friend called them "squirty pills" and rightly so. When you do poop, expect to see oil coming out.

I personally hate it too! Rolled oats that is. Steel cut oats, I love! I don't use sugar though, I like them a bit under cooked and then I put salt pepper and a little butter on them. More like grits or brown rice.

I would up your strenght training and back off of some of the cardio and not worry about the last 10 pounds, but more shaping from weight training. You might not drop another pound, but you will probably look like you lost 10. Good luck! :)

Yep, and I've done the same. No big deal. If I'm not interacting with someone I delete them. I like to keep my friends list very small so that I can actually support the people on it. If someone is inactive or unsupportive, why bother having them there?
