80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape. I was down to the loss of a 2 month old horse(100) but then I though I could eat like a horse again and gained back 20 pounds. LOL. Working on that now. Love this thread! :) I often wonder about how I ever carried around all that weight because when I go to pick up the 55lb bags…

I am doing keto right now. Following the leptin reset plan as far as timing of meals as well. I have only been doing it this week, but so far I feel great and am losing weight. I have my macros set for 5% carbs, 65% fat, 30% protein. I shoot for 25g net carbs a day. Most all coming from green veggies. I eat a high protein…

You can do this!!! I'm about the same as you right now. 5'7" 230lbs. Just make the commitment and stick with your goals. Any time you want to stray, think about the big picture and your goals. Think "is this going to make me happy in the long term or just right now?" Good luck! :)

Way to go! It is amazing when you realize what you're actually capable of doing! Keep up the good work! :)

Grilled zucchini. Cut into long wedges, toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and grill. Yum! I second the grilled pineapple too.

I happen to think mashed cauliflower is great. And it kinda does taste like mashed potatoes. Especially if you put gravy on it. I make my gravy with a beef bouillion cube and thicken it up with corn starch. Add some onion poweder and pepper. Great! I like to steam the cauliflower, then puree in the food processor. At this…

Congratulations on your succeess! You look great! :)

I like Quest bars. All the flavors I've tried have been great. They are high fiber, high protein, low carb and low sugar. Chocolate chip cookie dough is my fave. They are also great to cut into pieces and bake into quest cookies. Satisfies my sweet tooth without killing my calories/sugar/fat.

I'm in! at 230 right now and my lowest was 204(so close!). My goal is around 180. I'd kill to see 199! LOL. My weight hasn't started with a "1" in over 15 years.

My fave is a spinach salad with boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese, red onion, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, carrots. I use balsamic dressing or a yummy homemade greek yogurt based green goddess dressing. Also, some chicken, steak or salmon if there is some left from last night.

Way to go! Donuts were my weakness until I figured out I am allergic to gluten. Now they are easier to resist, but I'm still tempted to lick the frosting off of it. LOL

Way to go lady!! You look awesome!!!! I like how you have the same clothes and some still fit, just look different and others are just hanging on you. Keep up the good work! :)

Enjoy the meat!! Those places are great! Skip the heavy sides they ususally have on the buffet. Maybe do a side salad. Just make adjustments to the rest of your week to balance things out. Enjoy your family time! :)

I lost 120 pounds, maintained about a year, then for some reason I thought I could go back to eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. So, I gained back 40 pounds pretty quickly. Maybe over 6 months. I just overate. I did the same thing that got me fat in the first place. Its pretty disheartening losing the same pounds…

Way to go man! You look great and I know you feel great! Keep up the good work! :)

I am a huge fan of Lily's dark chocolate chips. They are sweetened with Stevia and taste GREAT!! They are a mini chip so you can have 2 tablespoons for 55 calories. I find they satisfy my sweet tooth without derailing my progress.

Great job! Your hard work has paid off big time!! :)

Great work! You look amazing! :)

Wow, I'm impressed! Great job and thanks for sharing! I will be using you as inspiration during my next meal prep! :)

Fajitas do not "contain" lettuce. The lettuce is usually on a side plate. I hate lettuce and just ask for none if I get side. Fajitas are ususally just meat & pepper/onion mix(sometimes other veggies) with everything else on the side.
-
You can also ask them to use as little oil as possible.

fajita meat and veggies. I always order chicken or steak fajitas and skip the sides/tortillas. I ask for a big side of pico to top it along with limes, cilantro. It makes a mountain of food that is both filling and tastes great! All about 500 calories for the plates at most mexican restaurants. Good luck. You got this! :)

Use the app on your phone or just write down what you eat throughout the day on paper and log it when you get home. Or you can pre-log your food for the day and stick with your choices. I find that I do well if I plan my meals and log them before eating. Then I can see how it looks and make changes as needed. Good luck!…

I made a green goddess dressing last week that was great! 1 cup greek yogurt 4 Tbsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp dried dill(or a bit more of fresh) 2 Tbsp fresh chives 1/2 tsp rice vinegar 1 garlic clove dash worstershire dash hot sauce salt & pepper to taste pop everything in the blender and puree. Delish! You can change it up…

I have used it for years to treat heartburn. It relieves it the moment I drink it and doesn't come back. I used to take antiacids almost every single day, several times a day and since using ACV the very first time, I hardly ever have heartburn anymore. When I do, I use ACV. It works great. I've heard its good for overall…

Anyone have results pics if you've done the program before? I don't have pics and didn't finish last time, but did about 6 weeks and was LOVING how I felt and my results in that short time.

I just started again yesterday! I am committed to 3 days a week until my wedding which is 72 days away(aaaahhhh!!! :) )!!! Feel free to add me.

Wow, I am so glad to have come across this thread today. I have struggled with this every day of my life. I would agree with recognizing your triggers. I am just learning mine. Being bored is a big one for me. I love the idea someone put up about planning to take a walk or do something around those times when you know you…

The only product I've tried of theirs that was good was the syrup. However, I perfer Hungry Jack sugar free syrup. I've also tried the peanut spread(notice it does not say butter) is AWFUL!!!!! It went straight in the trash. The balsamic & ranch are just kind of ok. Pretty bad fake sugar taste to me.
