Egg "muffins". Spray a muffin tin well. Chop any veggies, meat, cheese you like and add to the mufffin tin. Top with scrambled eggs(or whites) and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. You can make enough for the whole week and store them in the fridge. Just microwave a few seconds to warm.

Way to go lady! You look amazing!!!! :)

I never thought to use them to thicken sauces. Thanks for that idea! :)

I like Newmans Own light balsamic dressing. I use a big bowl and pour my dressing in first, then add my greens only and toss around in the dressing to coat well. I don't need dressing on my salad toppings, just the greens. I find that I use half or a quarter of the amount this way.

Use raw cauliflower and try roasting it in the oven instead of sautee. It lets more of the water evaporate. Wash, dry, chop in food processor, spray cooking sheet with Pam, spread cauli-rice evenly, roast 400-450 for 10 min or until the tips start to brown. I also like to use this as "fried rice". Add in a scrambled egg,…

Yep, I do this too. Coconut oil is so yummy in coffee! I even do my coffee black with just coconut oil and I could NEVER drink it black before.

Look on pinterest for a recipe. I've seen one on there before.

If it says, "as grilled" then the serving should be weighed cooked. You could also count the slices and see how many servings the whole package contains and divide it up that way.

Have you tried Quest bars? I have recently discovered that you can cut them into pieces and bake them. Low carb, high protein, high fiber COOKIES!!! Bake 3-4 min, then squish with a spatula or your fingers, bake another 3-4 min and cool. They are pretty freaking good in my opinion. My favorite flavors so far are cinnamon…

Great food storage tips! Thanks!

Don't waste time loving people who don't care about you. Stop eating without limits, just eat when you're hungry. You are loved.

This^^^^ Often sandwiches/wraps count a serving as each half. Just ask the people in the cafeteria, they should have a good idea.

I didn't realize that I would lose weight in my FEET!! After losing 100 pounds, my shoe size went down a full size!! Weird!!!! :)

Pinterest is a great place to get ideas. Really anything that you normally cook, just make more and portion some out for lunches. You can also freeze some in portion size containers for longer lasting "grab & go" meals.

Smart, but that doesn't work for people who can't eat gluten.

You can also shred the cauliflower in the food processor and then roast it in the oven on a baking sheet. Then still squeeze out excess water with a kitchen towel. Any way you cook the cauliflower, you gotta squeeze it though a kitchen towel and get as much water out as possible. It makes for a much better result. I also…

Eating only when actually hungry and stopping before you are "full" is a great way to do this without counting calories. If you aren't hungry, you don't eat. If you lose weight, eat more. If you gain, eat less. That is if you're trying to maintain. If not, eat for the desired effect.

I've tried it and its great! I had tons of energy in the morning and it kept me full until lunch. Its been a while since I made any, maybe I'll start again. Usually I just drink coconut oil and half & half in my coffee everyday. For those thinking butter sounds nasty in coffee, you blend it up and the butter acts just like…

Hmm, microwaved....I'm going to have to try this.

I got a mixed box on Amazon. Came out to about $2.50(US) with free shipping. I really like them, but my husband couldn't even finish one! I usually only eat about half a bar at at time and it fills me up and cures my sweet craving. I like banana nut muffin, cookies & cream, but cinnamon roll is my fave so far. Try one…

Good morning! I have similar food and weight loss goals. Send me a request. I am gluten sensitive so, I've been gf for over a year now. I make almost everything from scratch due to these restrictions and in an effort to eat more whole foods. I'm 5'7" and 235 right now. Looking to get to 180-190ish. That's the goal for now.
