I soooo agree with you tutujoli about Onieanta falls! I love going there on a hot summer's day. The log jam is a bit scary, but not too bad.

I went to Multnomah Falls. We hiked up to the very top, where you see the view from the top of the falls. Then we went further up where the water comes from that falls over the falls. We hiked for about another half an hour. We could have gone even further, but it was getting late. I love going there. It is sooo beautiful!

Loved the show. I am not surprised at what the school feeds the kids. I was so grossed out when he showed the kids how they make chicken nuggets:sick: . I don't eat chicken nuggets, and I don't eat hotdogs either, since I saw how they are made.:laugh:

I have had problems with energy levels too. I started taking One A Day Women's Active Metabolism multivitamin/ multimineral supplements. They help sooooo much. They have B12 in them. I love them. After I take them my attitude is great, and I have lots of energy. I asked my doctor about them, and she said they were fine.

The One a Day vitamins have B 12 in them. The bottle also says that it contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. I asked my doctor about them and she said they were fine.

I have the polar f11, and I love it. I do kinda wish that I had gotten the f7 though. If you go to the gym I would not get the f4. I have read reviews about that one, and it can get crossed with other peoples hrm at the gym.

I started out needing to lose around 100 lbs too. I have so far lost 40 lbs. I would suggest starting out slow with walking for maybe 15 minutes. Set goals for each week to work your way up. i have this same problem. I have found it helpful to separate my foods into smaller snack-pack bags right after I buy the box. This way I do not have the entire package in my hand while I am eating. yep I am having one of those days too lol. I worked out today for over an hour just so I could pig out today. Sadly, I think I wll still be going over by a couple hundred calories today anyway lol. Oh well I will do better tomorrow. :tongue:
