I am going to try this PB2 everyone is talking about. I haven't had PB in so long. I miss it but don't eat it.

Lately I have been averaging about a 9min/mile pace. I have been as low as 8.5. I tend to slow down when it is cold. I guess my motivation isn't there when it is cold. I run about four days a week. 26 miles a week.

My situation is not entirely the same because I have a job but I have been moving about every three years with the military. Haven't lived around family in 16 years. Always exciting.
