I work from 9-7:00 four days/week so I eat around 7:30 and it hasn't affected me. If you get GERD (gastric reflux) then you should eat around 3 hours before you go to bed. Otherwise, eat when you can and keep it within your calorie goals.

I experienced sugar withdrawals as well but eventually they decrease. I used to snack on sweets multiple times a day but now I'm rarely tempted.

I have PCOS but not diabetes. My feet are sometimes numb and crampy feeling when I first wake up. I had blood work done and my potassium was low. Not sure if the low potassium was related or not...
